FAQ

Please reach out if you have any further questions that are not answered below.

1. I don't live in the US, how do I know my US ring size?

We have a "Ring Sizing" tab, it can be clicked at the top of the Home page on large screen devices, and in the three lines at the top left on mobile devices. The International Ring Sizing chart will help you decide what size(s) to order. If you don't see your country or region on it please let us know and we will provide you with an answer about your size.

2. Are these rings strong?

Yes, they are stone, but please remember that stone is nowhere near as malleable as metal, so they should not be treated the same. Most people are used to wearing metal rings and being active with them. For stone rings, strong pressure, dropping, or hitting against a hard surface can crack or break the ring. Not recommended for children.

3. Can you engrave a message on the inside of the ring?

We do not engrave nor do we recommend you do this to the stone rings.

4. I don't know my ring size, can you help me figure it out?

Yes! The most accurate way would be to go to a nearby jewelry store and ask them to find your size, it takes less than a minute. If you cannot do this, there are many paper or string tricks that you can find online to help you determine your size. If you currently have a ring that fits well, measuring that ring to find your size by referring to our International Ring Sizing chart will do the trick. Also, most metal rings are very thin, that does not work with stone though, so you should take that into account when determining your size, which may require a half size up. The size of your fingers can change depending on the weather and which hand. In the summer, fingers are slightly larger due to the warmth. In the winter, fingers tend to shrink.
