Shipping & Returns
Some Whitestone products are made to order. All orders start processing when they are placed so we cannot cancel orders. Please only place orders for items you want and allow up to 5 business days for production and shipping unless noted otherwise. Our jewelry is shipped from Los Angeles or San Diego, CA via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Shipping confirmation with tracking is sent once your order is en route. Packages are thoroughly padded and all orders come packaged so they can be given to someone.
Items shipped to addresses outside of the US cannot be exchanged or returned, all sales are final. International packages are shipped via USPS. All international packages are subjected to taxes and duties upon delivery. Whitestone will not be responsible for the cost of clearing your items through customs.
All Whitestone jewelry is final sale and non-returnable. We're happy to make minor adjustments to chains for an additional fee. Contact us for details.
We can only offer exchanges on items that have not been worn, used or altered. NO REFUNDS.
Pieces that have been worn, used, customized, or altered will not be accepted for exchange.
Exchanges are applicable to only regular priced items, sale items do not apply. Additional non-exchangeable items: customized pieces, including requests for specific length necklaces.
Exchanges will only be accepted if it is initiated within seven (7) days of the delivery confirmation date. Items are considered "used" after 7 days. Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery cannot be exchanged. If the cost of an exchanged item is different than the new item, we will ask you place a new order then we will refund your previous purchase. Please message us so we are informed and can initiate your return. This is also necessary to ensure we have what you need in-stock as well. Our postal box will refuse packages that are shipped back to us without prior contact, and they will be returned to you without ever having reached us.
To complete your exchange, please provide your order number in your message to us.
You are responsible for return shipping costs with tracking included. Please send tracking number to us to ensure delivery and swift shipment of new package. We cannot be responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during delivery to us. Items must be in original gift box or bag that you received them in.
We reserve the right to refuse packages that are sent without prior knowledge. We do not offer refunds for shipping costs, credit fees or items damaged in return shipping. If your items are damaged upon arrival to you, please message us to receive a replacement. Thank you
